Life can be remembered as a choice, a path of mutual respect and acknowledgment of our shared sense of a higher truth. The Institute for Strategic Clarity and CHOICE allowed me ways of hosting this essential capacity for new visions of our world and deeper human interactions to create from our love for our futures.

I couldn’t agree more with Ecosynomics’ basic premise that Abundance is all around us. Dr. Ritchie-Dunham very successfully shows us how to find it, prosper from it, and how to play it forward.

Mainstream social and economic paradigms are based on individualism, competition for scarce resources and control, while ecosynomic paradigms are based on collaboration, emerging abundant resources and commitment. It is our conviction that this new social- economic paradigm is emerging to address the challenges of individual, organizational, and societal transformation. Several leading organizations across the world serve as an example of just such social pioneering. I believe that the Institute for Strategic Clarity will play a significant role in the emergence of this new paradigm.

I strongly believe that we are living a special moment as humanity. Over the last few years, I have met many people thinking, feeling and acting differently. They are following new rules, new ways to connect themselves, and new ways to live. I observe a transformation in the world. There is still a lot to do, but we are living in a wonderful time. The ground is ready, and the tipping point of the shift in consciousness is here and every one of us just needs to be open to “listen” to the call. Ecosynomics and Harmonic Vibrancy can speed up this shift in consciousness of humanity through naming the “movement” and connecting people living this way in a world community where the possibilities of what can be done will be infinite.

Developing happiness is emerging as an increasingly legitimate and better understood individual and collective aspiration. For happiness to flourish requires new frameworks, relationships, patterns of interactions (structures, ceremonies and etiquettes), and competencies. ISC can make a valuable contribution to this emergence.

I believe that from the far future looking back, ISC will be understood and acknowledged as instrumental in “identifying, naming, and framing” the new economic paradigm “Ecosynomics.” I am committed to being instrumental in the sustainability of ISC’s efforts, until purposeful collaborative abundance replaces self-centered competitive scarcity as the economic mainstream paradigm, in any capacity that I can serve. My priority has been, is now, and will be the sustainability of a practicing, working laboratory by the name of THORLO, Inc. This includes my estate plan that is designed to ensure, to the best of my knowledge and imagination, that the “lab” continues to realize (make real) an environment conducive to transformative experiences producing, in turn, self-aware Leadership that accumulate in a successor pool of Brand Stewards ready to serve as Trustees of the Estate.

My primary interest lies in understanding my own, and thus others, place in the world. From “place” as literally the space that we occupy in the material sense – our place and space around and within us – to “place” as our offering out into the world – our placeholder for taking up space, so to speak. What do we add to the world by being here? What is the experience of being both a human being (body/space) and a spiritual being (soul/space), and the creation bridge that we are between these seemingly different worlds.
I believe that our place (in all its meanings) derives from the fundamental agreements that we have with ourselves and the universe and thus, by extension, the agreements that we have with others individually and in community. These often unconscious agreements are the underlying basis of human life and community as we know it here on earth. As we bring all of these agreements to light, we can make more conscious choices about our lives and about creating the future we desire together for ourselves and ongoing generations.
ISC, through the Harmonic Vibrancy and Ecosynomic work, is our placeholder in the world to bring these agreements to light for everyone's understanding and use.

In its ambition to transform human agreements, Ecosynomics does not resort to oversimplification but deals with the true complexity of social interaction and value creation. In revealing the underlying structures and practices that determine how we think, feel and perform individually and as a group, it empowers people to achieve better results and get more out of life.
